i.   Introduction
Karakata.biz (the “Platform”) is a B2B platform which connects and facilitates sales and purchases of products and/or services between suppliers (or “Sellers”) and buyers (or “Buyers”). The Platform is for business-to-business transactions and therefore is only made available for use by businesses and not for individual or personal use.

ii.  Acceptance

By using Karakata.biz (the “Platform”) or services in any manner, you are bound by these Terms of Service, as well as the Incorporated Terms identified below (collectively, the “Terms”). Please do not access or use the Services or the platform if you do not accept all of the Term. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that (a) you are authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to be legally bound by the Terms, and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using such services or accepting the Terms under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

b. Violations of Third-Party Rights: Your Materials may not violate, or encourage the violation of, the intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, rights of publicity, or other legal rights of any third party. Le KARAKATA Sa may remove or block access to Your Materials upon receipt of proper notice of copyright infringement.
